MBBS Class of 1988 received the 2021 ICOMAA President Award

On Monday 8th of November 2021, The class set 1988 held a small gathering at the Hospice and Palliative care center, University College Hospital Ibadan.

First and Foremost , to celebrate with Prof. Olaitan Soyanwo on her retirement.

Hence, the class of 1988 was able to break ground on a small construction project , which they are about to undertake for the Palliative care service.

The class signed a gift agreement with the HOD of hospice and palliative care unit .At the program, the class set of 1988 , promised to provide a sum of  2,000,000 Naira Annually to sponsor the Prof. Olaitan Soyanwo Gift for Hospice and palliative care unit, university College Hospital Ibadan.

The President of ICOMAA Worldwide Professor Emmanuel O. Otolorin Presented an award of recognition to the class set of 1988 to encourage other class sets to Donate Generously to the college of medicine and the university College Hospital Ibadan.

The president of Ibadan Medical Specialists Group, ( IMSG) Mr. Banji Adeyoju FRCS accepted the Gift on behalf of the class set .
